It is prepared at the same vetting level as an Essentials application, minus the knockout search (the basic checks, not the deeper pre-filing analysis in Standard). It does not include a search. Filing without one means accepting the risk of refusals or conflicts that a search might have caught, so before we file we'll ask you to sign a short written acknowledgment of that choice. If you'd rather search first, add the knockout search or choose a package, which includes one.
For referring attorneys, CPAs, and designers, Ambit takes referrals gladly. The engagement is limited to trademark work, and your client relationship stays yours.
The $350 USPTO filing fee applies to every class of the application and is collected into trust. We collect it for the included class at sign-up and for any other classes before filing. Classes beyond the included one add $350 in attorney fees plus the USPTO fee each, settled after your questionnaire and before filing. After filing, responses to non-substantive office actions are included; substantive office actions are quoted separately if they arise. Standalone services do not include attorney call or video time, though the attorney may require a session if one is needed to perform the work.
